Today marks a significant milestone: the official establishment of Copia Group's Australian operations. For those familiar with our US parent company, Copia Group LLC, you know the scale of our ambition. The Australian office takes that ambition and focuses it on two transformative projects.
Why Australia?
Three reasons drove our decision:
1. Progressive regulation. ASIC and the Australian Treasury have demonstrated a measured, innovation-friendly approach to digital assets and fintech. We can build here without regulatory uncertainty killing our momentum.
2. Talent. Australia has world-class engineering, finance, and legal talent — and far less competition for it than Silicon Valley or London.
3. Strategic position. Australia is a natural bridge between the sophisticated financial markets of the West and the rapid digital adoption of Asia-Pacific.
What We're Building
Project 1: Tokenised Real Estate Platform Australian property, made accessible to everyone. Our platform enables fractional ownership from AU$100, with full ASIC-compliant structure, automated yield distribution, and a secondary market for liquidity.
Project 2: Web3 Gaming Platform A GameFi platform with genuine production quality — real gameplay, real ownership, real economics. Integrated with our fintech payments layer, so earning in-game translates directly to real-world financial utility.
